You may decide not to proceed with your drinking water test. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund you must notify us within 30 days of your intention to cancel your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your notification is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your instruction. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
As sampling kits contain single use sterile bottles they cannot be returned to us. Refunds will be processed minus a fee of €40.00 to cover the cost of the bottle kit which is not re-usable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Purchased test kits must be returned for testing within one year of purchase. Otherwise a new kit must be purchased and no refund will be provided.
